We do a lot
of hard work, exercises and dieting which are necessary to treat obesity.
Suppose we ventured on a new weight loss plan. But even with all the things we
are doing right like sacrificing favorite foods and exercising daily—the darn
scale is just NOT moving in the direction we want. Seeing this we give up on
our weight loss journey and we again get back to eating our favourite,
unhealthy and junk foods and stop exercising. This leads to weight gain again.
But we
forget that we need motivation and positive attitude while doing dieting and
exercises to treat obesity which is lifelong process. In order to make our
lifelong weight management program successful we need internal motives such as
increased energy and self-esteem. We could all use inspiration to make our
health a priority so that we need not to struggle with the motivation to
workout. We need to think about long-term success while on journey to treat
obesity. We need to believe in ourselves and we can do it. It's never too late
to start. We can start slowly and steadily, and find ways to include more
physical activity into our lives. To get the most benefit, we should try to get
the recommended amount of exercise for our age. If we can do it, the payoff is
that we will feel better, help prevent or control many diseases, and likely
even live longer. We are engaged in this
process is a reason to be proud and optimistic.
Remember
that reasons that can distract us from our weight loss journey, such as we
cannot diet for long, fitness is not for us, no physical changes are observed,
find one reason to keep us on track to weight loss journey that is the positive
signs of a good workout. Exercise can boost our mood, improve our sleep and
help us deal with depression, anxiety, stress, and more. Keeping these benefits
in mind we wiil not be able to ditch our workout as we will have all the more
reason to do exercise.
